Tennis elbow and RSI

When repetitive strain affects everyday activity

Tennis elbow causes pain around the outside of the elbow and commonly relates to repeated use of the forearm muscles. Repetitive strain injury (RSI) is a broader term for pain associated with repeated movement, often affecting the forearms, wrists, hands, elbows, neck or shoulders.

Symptoms may affect gripping, typing, lifting, work, sport and sleep.

Jamie's individual supportive approach

Jamie has direct clinical experience supporting people with tennis elbow and repetitive strain symptoms. Assessment considers the location and character of pain, work or activity patterns, movement, previous injury, sleep, stress and wider health.

Acupuncture may sit alongside activity modification, graded movement, physiotherapy and other suitable care.

Evidence and further reading
